Jacqueline “Jackie” Tucker has been employed with Mitchell Weinstein, LLC since April of 2023. Her current areas of practice are Eminent Domain and Real Estate, primarily focusing on pre-condemnation acquisitions and condemnation proceedings. In addition, Jackie has handled numerous cases involving Personal Injury.

Jackie graduated from the University of North Georgia in 2018 with a Bachelor of Science in Political Science. She earned her law degree from Atlanta’s John Marshall Law School in 2022. She is currently a member of the State Bar of Georgia.
