Daniel Oliva Senior Attorney

Daniel E. Oliva’s extensive experience in eminent domain litigation, title review, and property acquisitions has been instrumental in shaping property lines in rural Georgia, Atlanta, and New York City. In New York, Daniel worked with sophisticated real estate developers and business owners in acquiring and leasing properties across the five boroughs. In Atlanta, Daniel served as an Associate Attorney at Weissman, P.C., where he represented Fortune 500 companies, national developers, and institutional lenders in multimillion-dollar real estate acquisitions. Daniel is a graduate of the Center for Law, Technology & Innovation at Michigan State University College of Law, and continues to use this experience to craft efficient legal solutions for his clients.
